Recommended Dosage & Usage Protocol

Reconstitution

• Reconstitute 5mg DSIP with:
  • 1–2 mL of bacteriostatic water
  • Final concentration:
    • 5mg/mL (if using 1mL)
    • 2.5mg/mL (if using 2mL)

Dosing (Subcutaneous Injection)

• Dose: 100–300mcg (0.1–0.3mg) per injection
• Timing: 30–60 minutes before bedtime
• Frequency:
  • As needed for sleep support, or
  • Daily for 2–4 weeks for cumulative benefit
• Injection Site: Abdomen (subcutaneous fat)
